Vooglam.uk aims to provide perfect glasses at the best price. Feel free to contact us if there were any questions.
We have a 365 days quality warranty (from the day of receiving the package), if your glasses were broken due to natural quality issue within 365 days after receiving them, we will replace them for free once. Otherwise, a discount code could be offered for the order out of warranty.
If there were any questions about your finished order, please contact us no later than 30 days from the day you sign the packages, or issues will not be accepted after 30 days. Please note that any return without informing first will not be accepted and the shipping fee might be charged.
Once the problem was confirmed caused by us, such as damage during shipping or sent wrong items, we could offer a free reshipment or a full refund. Any unexpected results caused by customers, such as filling with the wrong prescription, selecting an unsuitable size, or personally don’t like the glasses, etc, there will be a special coupon or partial refund.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
If there is any need to modify or cancel orders, please contact our Customer Service Team(support@vooglam.uk). Before shipment, we could help to update the shipping address(except the country)/billing address or merge the orders together to ship out. But any other modifications before the shipment cannot be made directly. Please feel free to contact the Customer Service Team to cancel the order and place the order again.
For any request for modification or cancellation, if the items have been under the processing stage, there will be additional charges for the processing fee. Please check the chart below. Since all the prescription and paid lenses are customized, free cancellation/modification is not provided for them if they are being processed.
